Service Description

Individual career counselling for professionals focuses on personal interaction with the professional in order to pay individualised attention. It usually starts with a little chat to get to know the person and build a relationship. After which we employ our carefully curated modules to help gather basic information from the professionals about the subjects they enjoy working in, hobbies, interests, motivations, strengths and weaknesses. When we have a better understanding of the above mentioned factors, we can better identify and explain the different career paths that exist that professionals can take from different areas of interest. Using aptitude tests, our consulting team tries to optimise students' possible career options based on their strengths, skills, aptitude and personality. The whole process is to explore and empower the students along with a little guidance from us. We believe that early intervention can prove to be very beneficial in providing a structure to the professionals ideas and help turning them into viable and fulfilling career options.
